Following is a break down of all costs associated with participating in Quest:

Annual Homeschool/Teacher Membership Fee - $30 per year

Homeschool/Teacher Memberships grant a license to use the Quest Clubs content as a curriculum supplement for all children in a single homeschool family or a single classroom.  Materials may be printed for home or classroom use only.  User names and passwords may not be shared.  If students wish to have their own access to the website to work on badges and awards outside of the classroom, they must purchase their own individual participant membership.

Annual Club Membership Fee - $50 per year

Clubs Memberships grant a license to use the Quest Clubs content to run a multiple member club.  This club can be run as a scouting style club, an afterschool program, an education co-op, a Sunday school program, a senior program, or a special needs program.  Quest Clubs content may be printed for use at club meetings only.  All individual club participants will need to purchase an individual or family membership if they wish to have access to the website content to work on badges and awards outside of club meetings.  User names and passwords may not be shared.  The club section includes additional resources such as a Leader Handbook, forms needed for running a troop, ceremony ideas, and volunteer training materials.

Individual Club Participant Membership Fee - $25 per year

Individual Club Participant Membership grants a license to use the Quest Clubs content for a single child or individual who is participating in an organized Quest Club.

Family Club Participant Membership Fee - $50 per year

Family Club Participant Membership grants a license to use the Quest Clubs content for a all children and adults in a single household who is participating in an organized Quest Club.

Dues (variable):

Each Quest Club is individually owned and operated and any required dues are paid directly to the club at the descretion of the club leader.  On average, dues are approximately $2 per meeting per child to cover supplies, but this amount may be more or less depending on the activities and goals of your club.

Uniform (variable):

Quest has no official uniform though we sell vests in 20 different colors.  You may use our suggested uniform, design one of your own, or have no uniform at all.  All vests size youth small to adult XL are $14.99.  Adult 2X-5X are $16.99.  Additional uniform accessories available are as follows:  flag patch ($1.99), club numeral patches ($.99 each), Level tab ($.99), Level ribbons ($.99).

Badges and Awards ($.99 - $9.99 each)

All badges are button style pins.  Springback pins are $.99 each and tie-tac pins are $1.25 each.  Badges are also available as magnets  Higher awards range from $4.99 for Servant’s Hearts to $9.99 for all other awards and leadership pins.

Fundraising

Quest has no required fundraisers.  Each club organizes their own fundraisers and keeps 100% of any money earned.  Clubs may conduct as many, or as few, fundraisers as necessary each year to reach their goals as long as they follow all local laws.
